Shipping Time Estimates

The time it takes to receive your order depends on the Shipping Method you choose during checkout, and the time of day you place your order. Please see table below for the shipping times according to shipping method. Orders will typically be sent within 12 to 24 hours after being placed.  The delivery will be through your local post office. All packages can be tracked.

• Standard Delivery -  Estimated 5 to 14 days
  
• Express Delivery   -  2 to 7 days
  
  

 

Our shipping carriers include the DHL Express, TNT, Deutsche Post, Swiss Post, bpost International, HK POST, and USPS.

IMPORTANT NOTE:  The standard delivery time frame is not guaranteed, only estimated.  It can be influenced by a number of factors such as mail backlogs and customs approval time. Delivery in a small number of cases can take up to 30 days.

 

 

Shipping & Delivery Terms

 

The customer is responsible for providing a correct address during checkout.  If a package is ever undeliverable due to an incorrect address, the customer may responsible for any shipping charges to resend the package.

 

Within 12-48 hours after your item(s) have shipped, we’ll send you a Shipment Notification email that includes the carrier’s name. You can also view this information by signing in to online Order Status section.  Click the tracking number to view the status of your package on the carrier’s website. Tracking information may not be immediately available. The U.S. Postal Service and other carriers may not provide up to date tracking information

 

Lost packages:  If a package is ever lost in transit, please get in contact with us to make arrangements for the package to be resent.
